■ Concerning the Handling of Private Information.
Privacy Policy
Clover Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “COMPANY“ )institutes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of private information and hereby declares that, along with abiding by this Privacy Policy, it shall securely and appropriately handle all private information including first and foremost that of our customers.
This Privacy Policy applies to all private information collected and used by COMPANY and constitutes COMPANY's fundamental policy on private information.
- 1. Compliance with Laws and Regulations Regarding the Protection of Private Information.
- COMPANY shall comply with laws and other regulations regarding the protection of private information and shall handle any private information appropriately.
- 2. Acquisition of Private Information.
- When acquiring private information, COMPANY shall work to make the purpose of using such private information transparent. COMPANY shall also acquire private information through fair and lawful means.
- 3. Use of Private Information.
- COMPANY shall use private information it has obtained only for the purposes indicated upon acquisition thereof or to an extent reasonably relevant thereto, only when required for the conducting of COMPANY's operations. When using private information jointly with a third party or delegating the handling of private information to a third party, COMPANY shall oversee the other party jointly using the information or any third parties to ensure the appropriate usage of private information.
- 4. Provision of Private Information to Third Parties.
- Unless otherwise stipulated by law, COMPANY shall not provide private information to any third party without the prior consent of the owner thereof.
- 5. Management of Private Information.
- Along with managing private information securely, COMPANY shall maintain the accuracy and recency of private information and take necessary and appropriate information security safeguards to prevent the loss, tampering, divulgence, or otherwise thereof.
- 6. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of Private Information.
- COMPANY acknowledges that the owner of private information bears the right to demand the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, or otherwise thereof, and COMPANY shall institute a Private Information Service Desk and respond promptly pursuant to the law when such requests are made.
- 7. Organization & Framework.
- In addition to administering appropriate management with respect to private information used for business purposes, COMPANY shall also build a framework for achieving the appropriate handling of private information for business.
- 8. Development and Administration of a Compliance Program for the Protection of Private Information.
- In order to enforce this Privacy Policy, COMPANY shall institute a compliance program for the protection of private information and shall constantly maintain the program in an optimal state by making continuous improvements as well as by familiarizing all employees with the program through workshops and training.

■ 個人情報の取り扱いについて
個人情報保護方針（プライバシーポリシー)
株式会社 CLOVER TRADING（以下、当社）は、個人情報の取扱いに関するプライバシーポリシーを策定し、本プライバシーポリシーを遵守するとともに、お客様の個人情報をはじめとする全ての個人情報をより安全かつ適切に取り扱うことを宣言いたします。
本プライバシーポリシーは、当社が収集し、利用する全ての個人情報をその対象として、当社の個人情報に関する基本的指針を定めるものです。
- 第1．個人情報保護に関する法令や規律の遵守
- 当社は、個人情報の保護に関する法令及びその他の規範を遵守し、個人情報を適正に取り扱います。
- 第2．個人情報の取得
- 当社が個人情報を取得する際には、利用目的を明確化するよう努力し、適法かつ公正な手段によって、個人情報を取得します。
- 第3．個人情報の利用
- 当社が取得した個人情報は、取得の際に示した利用目的もしくは、それと合理的な関連性のある範囲内で、業務の遂行上必要な限りにおいて利用します。また、個人情報を第三者との間で共同利用し、または、個人情報の取扱いを第三者に委託する場合には、共同利用の相手方および第三者について個人情報の適正な利用を実現するための監督を行います。
- 第4．個人情報の第三者提供
- 当社は、法令に定める場合を除き、個人情報を事前に本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供しません。
- 第5．個人情報の管理
- 当社は、個人情報の正確性および最新性を保ち、安全に管理するとともに個人情報の紛失、改ざん、漏洩などを防止するため、必要かつ適正な情報セキュリティー対策を実現します。
- 第6．個人情報の開示・訂正・利用停止・消去
- 当社は、本人が個人情報について、開示・訂正・利用停止・消去などを求める権利を有していることを認識し、個人情報相談窓口を設置して、これらの要求がある場合には、法令に従って速やかに対応します。
- 第7．組織・体制
- 当社は、業務上使用する個人情報について適正な管理を実施するとともに、業務上の個人情報の適正な取扱いを実現するための体制を構築します。
- 第8．個人情報保護コンプライアンス・プログラムの策定・実施
- 当社は、この個人保護方針を実行するため、個人情報保護コンプライアンス・プログラムを策定し、これを研修・教育を通じて社内に周知徹底させて実行し、継続的に改善することによって、常に最良の状態を維持します。
